We run this service out of Little Elm, about 11 miles from Highland Village, so maintenance visits here get scheduled on a route rather than offered as a same-day walk-in. Once we're on site, a standard tune-up - lubrication, hardware check, cable and roller inspection, opener adjustment - is a focused visit, not an all-day job. If we find a spring near the end of its cycle count or cable that needs replacing, that adds to the visit but it's still handled in one trip for the vast majority of these 90s-era doors.
What extends the timeline is parts that need ordering - an opener circuit board or a specific drive gear for a model from that era isn't something we carry for every possible unit. In that case we'll tell you on site what's needed and when we can be back, rather than guess at a schedule we can't keep.
